Cold and breathing therapy

In the modern world where everything is made comfortable, most of us lose much of our physical and mental strength. Important survival mechanisms are not activated because of that comfort, and they slowly wear out and with them we too. By using intentional stress states such as intermittent oxygen fasting and ice water immersion we can naturally and effectively re-stimulate the physiological processes that allow us to reach our full potential.

Regular practice of ice water immersion is key to our ability to reach an island of comfort and sanity in stressful situations in life in general. It is a wonderful way to bring our body and mind to an optimal state in the short and long term.

In-depth workshop:

Cold and breathing therapy

and therapeutic yoga

An in-depth workshop spanning five sessions and customized for participants. The workshop includes an introduction to the world of cold therapy and Wim Hof's unique breathing protocols, ice water exposure and breathing exercises, and therapeutic yoga practice using the yin yoga method.

Basics Workshop:

Exposure to ice water

and breathing exercises

A 3.5-hour workshop that includes an introduction to cold and breathing therapy and an overview of the science behind the method, introduction to and practice of Wim Hof's unique breathing protocol, learning about the benefits of cold exposure, and guided immersion in purified water.

Correct and safe practice of exposure to ice water and deep breathing improves the immune system, reduces inflammation in the body, increases energy levels and mood, helps balance the hormonal and metabolic systems, relieves pain, and generally maintains a healthy body and mind.

The workshop includes an overview of cold therapy and breathing exercises, safety rules, an overview of the science behind the method, an introduction to the breathing protocol of the method, an introduction to the benefits of cold exposure and safety rules for ice water immersion, an experience of ice water immersion with guidance, and an explanation of self-practice of the method.
