In the workshop we will talk about arousal, holding, and release. We will practice powerful breathing, understand how to manage stress and anxiety, what the role of our body systems is and how we can balance them, and we will devote ourselves to a close-to-the-ground yin practice, which allows for true relaxation and deep work on the body.
