Cold and Breathing therapy

Cold water exposure and Wim Hof breathing exercises are proactive stress relievers that allow us to reach our most optimal version. It is a therapy that flexes our nervous system and gives us tools to control anxiety and fear, strengthens our immune system, reduces inflammation in the body, releases happy hormones, and contributes to a longer healthy life.

Workshops for companies

The workshops focus on building physical and mental resilience, providing tools for stress management, strengthening the sense of competence and realizing personal potential. Participants experiment with breathing techniques, ice water immersion, meditation and yoga – practices that simulate initiated stress situations, and allow them to learn to intentionally activate the nervous and immune systems. The process strengthens the sense of security and improves daily functioning, both on an individual level and in group settings.

Personal sessions

Cold therapy, proper breathing and movement can bring about real change in physical and mental struggles – whether in pain, emotional challenges, dealing with trauma or a sense of disconnection. The power of the practice, from the inside out, activates the body and affects every part of the soul, allowing for a true connection to ourselves and the discovery of hidden powers that we have lost touch with in the modern world. In the personal sessions, each practitioner goes through the process at a pace that suits them, with my personal guidance.

Group workshops

The group fundamentals workshop is an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone, meet other people, challenge boundaries, and experiment with a unique breathing exercise and a guided, safe immersion in ice water. In the workshop, we will learn about the thought patterns that motivate us, how to manage stress, reduce pain, and increase energy levels by deliberately activating the nervous system and the immune system. All this through techniques that affect psychology and physiology in a natural way.

Cold water immersion and breathwork

In the modern world where everything has become comfortable, most of us lose a lot of our physical and mental strength. In the Basics workshop, we will leave our comfort zone, learn how to activate important survival mechanisms that are not activated on a daily basis because of that comfort, and experience how we can naturally and effectively re-stimulate the physiological processes that allow us to reach our full potential. The workshop is taught by Dalit Nemirovsky - a certified instructor by the Wim Hof Academy.

yoga

A key part of building physical and mental resilience is constant movement of the body and working on finding inner peace every time. In my yoga practices, I emphasize releasing tension, strengthening the body, deep movement, and working on physical and mental flexibility.

Cold plunges for experienced practitioners and workshop graduates

Workshop graduates (with me or other certified instructors) and experienced divers are invited to come for guided immersions in order to maintain their training in ice water. The ability to find peace and tranquility during ice water immersion is the key to our ability to reach an island of comfort and sanity in stressful situations in life in general, and therefore training in this is a wonderful way to bring ourselves to the most optimal state every day.
