Workshops for groups and companies
The workshops focus on building physical and mental resilience, providing tools for stress management, strengthening the sense of competence and developing a deep understanding of the path to realizing personal potential. During the workshop, participants will experiment with breathing techniques, ice water immersion, meditation and yoga – practices that simulate initiated stress situations, and allow them to learn how to purposefully activate the nervous and immune systems. The process strengthens the sense of personal security and improves daily functioning, both on an individual level and in group settings.

Building resilience with cold exposure
Focusing on ice water immersion, breathing exercises, and mental commitment, this workshop offers a unique chance to explore the powerful benefits of cold exposure for health and mental clarity, while developing effective stress management skills. Alongside breathwork and insights into mental commitment, it helps build inner resilience and the capacity to better navigate daily challenges.

Yin Yoga
Mental commitment through the body
Focus on Yin Yoga practice and conscious breathing: In a world that celebrates ‘Yang’ – the active energy, we forget about ‘Yin’. This is where the magic of this practice lies, which is also suitable for those new to yoga. With breathing practice and building a mental commitment to both techniques, the body and mind leave the workshop feeling as if they have just had a deep tissue massage.
