Private online training sessions take place from anywhere and at a time that is convenient for you, with personalized adjustments to your physiological state, mental state, and training goals. They allow for a precise and effective training sequence that strengthens the body, reduces stress, and improves nervous regulation over time.

Practices

The sessions are held online (Zoom or another platform), and are tailored to your physical, functional, and emotional needs. Each process begins with a preliminary conversation, and continues with grounded practice – with tools that can be applied in everyday life.

Protocol-based breath work to improve the function of the autonomic nervous system, increase physical and mental resilience, improve sleep quality, concentration, and recovery.

Remote cold exposure training and support for practitioners who want to become familiar with the principles of cold exposure in a gradual, measured and safe manner through the use of cold showers.

A dynamic practice that combines coordinated movement with the rhythm of breathing. Strengthens physical ability, improves nervous regulation, and supports mental focus.

A slow yoga practice based on principles from Chinese medicine, with an emphasis on relaxation and a long stay in poses that allow for deep healing, a sense of empowerment, and euphoria.
